At ToysRus Japan we needed someone to come into the business who could get right to the core problem and then offer a solution. We had disengaged, poor performing employees who we want ed to improve and become efficient and productive again.
Yoko consulted with us by first meeting and engaging with our employees, and learning about their work performance issues first hand from the employees’ perspective. She has a confidence and skillset to quickly gain their trust and begin to understand the root causes of the problem and what the best way to fix it would be. We gave all control of the process over to Yoko as her professionalism and counseling capability enable the employee to open up and understand what was eventually best for themselves and the company.
